Join Anna Rodriguez from The Burnout Book and Sarah Wells from New Thing Nurse for an innovative nurse wellness workshop to help you reset and recharge your nursing practice.

Open to nurses, nursing students, and any other future nurse, this event is designed to foster more holistic nurse wellness and give you time to check in with your nurse heart and mind.

Content:
Anna and Sarah will be leading 4-hours of sessions on mental health, self-care, stress management, and how to keep your spark in your nursing job. Other activities will include yoga, chair massage, and more.
