How long is the turnaround time for New Thing Nurse services?
That depends on the service and the time of year. The New Thing Nurse client volume varies throughout the year which affects how fast your services can be completed, but average turnaround time after payment and all requested information is received is 7 to 10 business days. Expedited service is available for an additional fee. Please inquire at time of purchase.
What payment methods does New Thing Nurse accept?
All payments made to New Thing Nurse are via PayPal through a payment request issued by one of the New Thing Nurse team at time of purchase. Via this process, all major credit cards are accepted. A PayPal account is not necessary to complete payment. Payment is required prior to services being rendered.
Are refunds available for New Thing Nurse services?
Refunds are issued on a case by case basis only by Owner, Sarah K. Wells, MSN, RN, CEN, CNL. New Thing Nurse stands by its services and will work diligently with each client to ensure their 100% satisfaction.
Can I work with Sarah or one of the other New Thing Nurse team in person for services such as Interview Coaching or Career Mentoring?
Unfortunately, the New Thing Nurse team is not available for in person sessions for either the Interview Coaching or Career Mentoring services. These services are offered remotely via email, phone, or video platforms (EX: Skype, Facetime).
